Who We Are

Marilyn Davidoff, founder

Marilyn Davidoff is the founder and President of MGD Enterprises, LLC. She has worked more than 20 years as a management consultant, trainer, and coach, assisting executives, managers, and individual contributors develop and implement strategies for improved corporate performance. Her experience includes designing and developing interactive workshops and coaching that facilitate behavior change and get concrete results.

Marilyn started MGD Enterprises in January 2002. She had a vision of creating a company that would continue her strong client relationships, catering to each one’s needs while offering top quality services at realistic rates. Marilyn capitalized on her network of associates, and formed affiliations with top-notch facilitators and coaches.

Prior to founding MGD Enterprises, Marilyn worked as a senior management consultant and executive coach for Effective Learning Systems, Assessment Solutions Inc., and Aon Consulting. Marilyn has a BA in Psychology from Boston University and certifications in Total Quality Management (TQM) and Management Essentials. She is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst for the DISC assessment through Target Training International.

Marilyn’s professional affiliations include ASTD (American Society of Training and Development), the New Jersey OD Community, ICF (International Coach Federation), NJPCA (New Jersey Professional Coaches Association), and CoachVille.
